After getting a couple of quotes with different golf courses and cost the Golf Zoo team was able to set us up with the golf courses we wanted and tee times with replay tee times in the afternoon. Very pleased with how they will work with you when changing any courses or tee times making everything just right for our annual golf trip. Everyone loved the option to make payments online up to a deadline date compared with coming up with all of the money at one time.

Golf Zoo was responsible for accommodation, tee times and car rental for our group of 8 golfers. All were executed satisfactorily, and without problems; which is all one can ask. The pre-trip communication was mostly prompt and complete. Any clarifications that were required were dealt with promptly. The only minor blemish came when I remembered they had offered me $100 off my next booking, but when I asked for it they said it was included in the quote. To this day I do not feel that I ever received what was promised. Compared to the overall price of the trip, it was a drop in the bucket, but it shows that if a company is perceived to be less than forthright, even on an almost trivial matter, it sticks. Having said that, I have used Golf Zoo 3 times in the last 4 years and would call them again for a quote on my next trip.

Hello Neal, Thanks for taking the time to do the survey, and providing the good feedback. I spoke with Scott, your specialist, and when the itinerary was created, the $100 discount was applied, but wasn't communicated or documented in quite the right manner. In any case, we appreciate your business as well as your feedback. Consider this post (and I'll send you a separate email) a Gift Certificate for $200 off your next trip with us. Thanks again for your time and business! Have a great weekend, and feel free to call me any time. Christopher Parcell Vice President Phoenix/Scottsdale Office 888-867-6911
