Courses were great and accommodations were ok.

Craig was Professional and represented his company and abilities with integrity, honesty and efficiency. I would recommend Golf Zoo to anyone planning a Golf Outing.

The Prattville experience is the best. The accomodations are very close, dining is convienient, and everything is close to the interstate.

Great site to set up a vacation. Was very easy to get a quote, and then a rep contacted me to finalize the details. He was very helpful in offering suggestions of courses and hotels. Once things were settled, he even upgraded my rental car. At the rental counter we unfortunately had to upgrade to a larger SUV, otherwise the two of us would not be able to fit our travel bags or luggage. There was one mix up at a course; the course we had booked was closed for maintenance and we were forced to play the other course on the property. I brought this up in an email to the rep that day, but never heard back from him. Other than not getting the correct size car in the first place and no advance warning of a course closure, everything went smoothly.

Overall, everything was fine. We had some issues with booking, but they were all resolves

First time using Golf Zoo and Glen was great to work with and set us up with good golf trip and a great value. Most of the courses we in good shape. A couple had recently aerated which would have probably made another course had i known in advance. Accommodations were average. Furniture a bit outdated and some of the pool furniture not in good shape. Linens need updated...a lot of the towels need replacing. Overall satisfied and would recommend and use Golf Zoo again. Glen went above and beyond.

We all loved the courses (they deserved 5 stars), but we didn't play at the course were our accommodations were. One day of 'no' driving would have been great. Having said that, the course were we stayed wasn't up to the standard of the courses we did play (it needed a lot of TLC).
