Group of 38. Arrived at resort thinking trip was totally paid through Golfzoo. Was told there was told we had to pay an extra $47.00 a day resort fee no one had ever told us about per room. We book six months in advance. Golfzoo and the resort responded poorly in the beginning but all funds were refunded after we returned home. It was found that the fee was installed by the resort long after we agreed to the Golfzoo contract. The group has traveled for 29 years and never ran into such problems as we had with accounting.

The golf courses were all in good shape and very accommodating. We had four condos. Two were excellent and two were almost uninhabitable, very tired, in need ofajor renovations. Grounds and pool area neglected. Checked in late and office was closed. Spent an hour with security before we got all our credentials. Everything was messed up and it took two days to straiten everything out. Would not go back to Palmetto Dunes.

We booked a trip to Carlsbad area in late September through golf zoo for golf and hotel. Advised Golf Zoo on numerous occasions that one guest was handicapped and not able to walk and they still booked 1 course that didn't allow carts. The courses booked were very nice and reasonable value. The hotel was a different story -- right beside the I5, noisy and not very nice. It would have been nice to be in quieter location close to restaurants/shopping/golf course/anything. Would book through Golf Zoo again but give them better instructions.

We used Golf Zoo a few times the only problem we have is all our committing to the packages on a timely basis Deposits got real confusing and in the end because I organized the trip there was a $25.00 balance that i paid to stop the insanity. Lori Greene is very nice but the way my guys dragged their feet it made it difficult for Lori to do her job. The previous year we played a course that said they would credit our players $20.00 each because the greens were so bad (Conestoga)and we had 11 players that year but never received the credit. That was our only complaint everything else was very smooth. Jim Loresch
