ordered a shirt and poster from the recent album release. spent over 100. they shipped part of the order and I've never seen the shirt. their customer service frequently says to wait two weeks. it's been months. edit: it arrived today, after 2 months. I upgraded the score to 3 stars. miscommunication and long delay.

What I've learned about ordering from this web store is that if you purchase jewelry, accessories, (any non clothing item) then your order will come quickly and efficiently. Clothing on the other hand is risky and will most likely to it not getting there when it says, consequently leading you to talk to customer service who are very unhelpful and non responsive. I've bought jewelry, clothing, and stickers and the quality of the goods are great and I love the clothing. If only they could fix their poor shipping and customer services.

I feel lucky after reading all these negative feedback. Here's my experience with Golf: I ordered some clothes in janaury 16. No signs of life until february 19. Then in two days they update my order, send the package to my country (Italy) and passed the customs clearance. Basically I had my clothes in a little more than a month. Of course I wrote to them in that days to ask (after about 3 weeks), but they didn't reply me.... The quality of the clothes seems ok, nothing special but also nothing too bad. We will see after some washes. Nice to have some Golf clothes to wear, but, anyway, I think I'll never buy again from their website.

They always have new things and try to restock often but they still print their 90 dollar hoodies on gildan blanks which is embarrassing for a 7 year old clothing company and shipping is extremely expensive for something that takes weeks to arrive. They also falsely advertise all their hoodies as 100 percent cotton when most are 50/50 polyester cotton and people always get their items lost during delivery or refunded after months of waiting. Disappointing.

My safe the bees hoodie was shipped after 4 months and the quality is not that good for a 90$ Sweater

Elsker designet og leveringen gik stærk dog er printet på den T-shirt jeg bestilte allerede cricket efter 1 vask så min konklusion er køb noget hvor logoet er broderet og ikke printet
