Unfortunately, awful customer service experience. I got not fitting size, there is no option to return free (ok, I would understand). I wanted to return the money at least for the product which I specifically asked the cc. Nothing was happening for like 3 weeks and then they sent me information they are shipping different size. It took another 2 weeks to get the product which I didn't want in the end. Sending back would be again on my costs. Ugh, very bad service. Nice products, but I will shop only in stores, this was really frustrating experience.

Awful customer service. All the negative reviews are spot on, they owe me money on a return and have stopped responding.

Visited today with my 16 year old son who had looked forward to visiting London and this shop. Upon entering was told by an employee slouched over the side texting on her phone not to touch anything. The guy at the till was lovely and got us what we wanted. At that point we were allowed to touch. Although amazing one off bespoke clothing this put me off. My son wanted to touch things I wanted to feel material. Overall very poor customer service.

I wish zero stars was an option. Customer service and policies are basically set up to steal money from you. This experience was so frustrating I’m not even a fan of Tyler anymore. They charge you money to make a return and hide behind their shady policies with canned responses when called out. Its truly shameful to treat fans this way

Absolutely DO NOT BUY!!! from the website and only go to a store. Becuase if somethings wrong.NOBODY will ever get back to you or sort it and your be stuck. I've emailed. Find a number using chat gbt and no one answers. Went in store and they can't help. Just useless. Beyond frustrated and mad.

Steer clear of Golf Wang. They had no problem withdrawing money from my account, but four months later no package. I contacted their customer service site numerous times but no response. No one answers their phones. I don't know how they stay in business considering the company was founded by Grammy winning artist Tyler the Creator and it was his own CD I ordered! Steer clear!

Goooood luck if your package gets lost or stolen. Mine was marked delivered but was nowhere to be found. They do nothing about it. I was willing to purchase the item again as it was a Xmas gift for my nephew and I was desperate .. I did inquire if they had any current coupons or could help in anyway for my troubles. The answer was no. AndThey don’t care what happened. It’s quite unfortunate. $60 in the hole.bought the item somewhere else. Wasn’t giving this company another dime.

Terrible - I made an order Jan 20th it's now march 3rd and I haven't received my order. They don't do refunds even if the error it's on them. They keep putting excuses such as, the item is not available rn, the weather is delaying the delivery etc.
