We had an absolutely outstanding experience with Golfballs.com, specifically Hayden! We came to them with a time-sensitive custom project for a team member who was leaving our company, and it truly became an all-hands-on-deck effort. The Golfballs.com team was incredible from start to finish. They moved quickly, were responsive and professional, and helped us pull everything together on a very tight timeline. Most importantly, everything arrived right on time! The finished product was a huge hit with the recipient and quickly became a favorite throughout the entire office. It made for a memorable farewell gift and was exactly what we were hoping for. A huge thank-you to everyone at Golfballs.com who helped make this happen. Your exceptional customer service and willingness to go the extra mile did not go unnoticed. Highly recommend!

Very disappointed. They did not properly pack the product and the golf balls were in a crushed box. Unfortunately, this was a gift. I emailed the company right away but haven't heard back... Update: heard back from the company and they sent me a new box, properly packaged, however it came after the party so I couldn't use it for the gift. Most disappointing is they haven't said they will correct their packaging issues, they just say that's how they do it. Don't order from them!
