Horrible customer service / and many of their “deals” are not deals.

My company store dropped the ball on me last minute for an event. I called Golfballs.com and spoke to Branon Pope. I spoke to him at 2pm on a Friday, sent my artwork to him and I told them I needed them Saturday morning for a golf event Monday. He said the balls would have to have the imaged printed, which I was worried about, but when they arrived the next day at 930 am they looked fantastic! I appreciate the speed and great customer service to make this event even better. I highly recommend and will order from them again.

They are very limited on what u can actually put on the customized balls I was rejected even though I was within their guidelines. And their coupons for ur first order have exemptions so even if it didn’t get rejected I wouldn’t have been able to use it!

It's a scam and the five star reviews are fake. Try unsubscribing from their e-mails if you don't believe me. It'll never happen.

Last week, I ordered Taylor Made golf balls. The balls arrived several days before promised. I realized, however, that I ordered the wrong balls. I called golfballs.com customer service. Without any questions, they provided a refund and a label to return the balls. I was extremely impressed with the customer service that was provided. Golfballs.com earned a loyal customer.

When you order from the USA, the shipment is sent through FEDEX and you are charged duty which make a dozen ball costing over $50.00 / dozen.

Ordered golf balls on sale. Very good price. Arrived in short period of time. Exactly as described on site.
