Great materials, fits great

I usually try to get the sale price when I make purchases. They have a large selection. I never can figure how they decide to price each item but I always find a good markdown. I am a medium and their shirts fit perfectly and of good quality. Delivery time about a week.

I placed an order for 3 golf hats but was shipped 2 hats and one visor. Contacted support who sent me a replacement but it was also a visor. I asked to have a different item shipped but the issued a credit. I didn't want a credit as I used a pre-paid mastercsrd which was all used up and no longer had the card. I asked to have the credit pulled back but they insist that I should contact Mastercard for a refund. I no longer have the card and don't know the number on the card. I'm out $42.50 and they have ignord me.

Great experience

Product quality is excellent. The fit is as expected. Color is also great, fabric is very nice!

The sales are sporadic but something is always on sale. Emails are always updated and sent out about new sales and products. The response to emails are answered extremely fast.

The clothing was exactly as promised and as good as the more expensive other choices.

Customer service, pricing, and exchange policy are all top notch.
