Products are high quality but the customer service is poor and lacking. If you experience any issues then be prepared to be screwed over and receive automated AI responses by email. Customers are not appreciated.

How can I review an order I have not received? All I was notified of it’s out for delivery?

Ordered 4 shirts. Only received 3. Last item arrived in the pickup point 3 weeks after the order. Told them in 8 emails that should the last item not arrive before a certain date [ 2 weeks after the order ] this item should be cancelled. The answer : the item is out on delivery and cannot be cancelled. They told me that should the item not be picked up it will be returned and the money would be refunded. But no , nothing. Filed a complaint at Amex , but this wonderful company sent deceiving info to Amex. Conclusion : avoid.

I ordered 2 pairs of shorts and it took an unusually long time to get the order. I was disappointed but wanted to order 2 more pairs so I placed an order on 5/7. On 5/24 I am still waiting on the order.

I placed an order for 3 golf hats but was shipped 2 hats and one visor. Contacted support who sent me a replacement but it was also a visor. I asked to have a different item shipped but the issued a credit. I didn't want a credit as I used a pre-paid mastercsrd which was all used up and no longer had the card. I asked to have the credit pulled back but they insist that I should contact Mastercard for a refund. I no longer have the card and don't know the number on the card. I'm out $42.50 and they have ignord me.

Poorest customer service ever! Attempted a return -- wouldn't allow refund to original form of payment, sent an email to "support" (definitely a misnomer) email address with no response. Tried Live Chat and sat for an hour-and-a-half for a live agent that was promised in "about one minute." Left a negative review on their site which elicited an email response asking how they could make it right. Responded to them and once again received no response. Followed up again with, you guessed it, no response. Their product and pricing is not worth the hassle.
