Gold's GymReviews of goldsgym.com

I’ve been going to Douglasdale for four years now and have always had a great experience. I’ve tried other locations, but I always find myself coming back to Douglasdale. The evening staff — Alex and Amid — as well as Merry on weekends, are always very helpful and welcoming. The gym is very clean, well maintained, and has lots of equipment available. There’s also plenty of parking, which makes visits even more convenient. Don't stop what you are doing. Nelson

It is not a myth that they are a legendary gym. All the bests went there. All the Mr. Olympias, the legends, the behemoths, they have all been to Golds. I don't know, some of them might not be ideal right now because I think there is a whole bunch of them around the US and possibly in other countries, I don't know. but it is an irrefutable fact that they were a huge trend in the bodybuilding and fitness industry back in the day, and they are still relevant and popular to this day.

Very nice fitness center. The trainers are very friendly and professional. The variety of equipment is great, so it is always possible to chose the one you need.
