Ordered because website says it was in USA 60 miles away from me in Florida. Ordered May 3. Sends me tracking that clearly shows product stuck in CUSTOMS for 23 days. So NOT USA made. Chyna ??? ON May 26, finally product arrived (23 days later). I had already starting negative product reviews & demanding REFUND. I sent daily replies to a text message demanding refund. Must be A i. Its say email them but they never reply. For 26 days, they never replied to my daily demands for refund. Their web site has NO PHONE # to contact them. So after 23 + 26 days=49 days total, they issued me a refund but kept back $15 re-stocking fee. I flushed them down toilet & videotaped it. I REFUSE to ingest this obviously sub standard product. Think twice before purchasing

I have tried calling their phone number for weeks. The phone hangs up immediately when it connects. If it doesn't hang up, someone says to leave a message. I have left at least 10 messages and never received a call back. I have sent emails to their customer service support. Have not received one email back. This has been gone on for weeks. I'm trying to cancel my order and send product back. Because immediately when I ordered I had trouble with the site and it double ordered me so I have 9 bottles of the product. This has been the most exhaustive irritating infuriating experience. I have ever had buying a product and I'm 70 years old. So that's saying something I want nothing to do with this company. It's a scam, please people if you see this review, take it seriously. I still don't know what to do to resolve this issue. They just said they're sending me another bottle of the product when I already have 9 bottles. It's ridiculous.

When I placed the order I did not receive a confirmation or order display page. The order was supposed to be for 84.83 but you charged my credit card $169.67. That is fraudgulent. You also charged me a 2nd time in the amount of $118.97. I don't know what that is for. I've tried from day one 5/30/2026 to contact you. You only say you are unavailable. I sent message through your customer support but you do not cancel as I requested and you refuse to cancel subscription. Cancel this subscription.noq do not charge my card again. You supposedly mail out product but had no address on the package and it was undeliverable and returned to you. Refund the charges. You people are scammers.

Just take my name off all correspondence and cancel any and all subscriptions that you say I have with Gold Seal Supplements and stop sending me anything period. Thank you.Donna Nicholson

I ordered two bottles with one for free at $33 each for a total of $66. I was billed $99. ORDER #GS34610 Receipt # 1219-6548 on July 06. That choice of 3 bottles was NOT even on the offer choices. Two emails to them so far with no response. Both phone number are useless as one disconnects immediately the other is a AI voice that says "Leave a message" My message is contact me by Thursday July 9. Review update: 07/10/2026 After submitting my first complaint .Gold Seal Supplements did in fact reimburse my account for the full amount of $99.00. I thank them. I would really have liked to try their supplements if not for this over billing situation. Hopefully they will improve their communication options with their customers in the future and be more transparent with their ordering.

SCAM membership fees! Purchased BPC-157 about 3 months ago and recently started being charged for a "VIP membership" that I did not enroll in. They say they do not carry that product, which appears to be the case now. When you visit their website they only have a magnesium product, which I have never purchased.

I replied to their notification of the next shipment but they did not respond. There is no way to make any changes to a subscription on the website labeled "Manage subscription ". They did not answer the call on the number they post.

I want to order, but with the customer service reviews, I will look for an American made product.
