Gold Seal SupplementsAt Gold Seal Supplements, we sit at the intersection of emerging science and everyday wellness. We follow the research as it develops, studying what the most credible institutions are discovering about human performance, longevity, and recovery. We then translate those findings into formulas that reflect the science with precision and integrity. Every ingredient is chosen for a reason and every dose reflects what the clinical evidence actually supports. We don't follow the supplement industry, we follow the science and our products are simply where that process leads.

I've been taking the magnesium supplement for a couple of weeks and so far I am sleeping better now but haven't had any other improvements that I can recognize so far. I know that it takes time to build up to a therapeutic level so I'll give it that time. I'm also taking the D3 and K2 also. A couple of years ago I had hyperthyroidism and had to have one of my parathyroids removed...my blood calcium levels were quite high for a long while. I'm hoping the K2 will direct it to my bones where it belongs. Had lung scan and found calcification in my coronary arteries that had never been there before I'm hoping that maybe your supplements might help ... we'll see

I was looking for Magnesium L'threonate to help clear memory loss and brain fog. It is helping after 2 weeks. Certainly not where I want to be yet but I want to give it a chance over time. Good service from the company Golf Seal.

I started out slowly, just two pills a day for about two weeks. Then increased to four every morning, but now am taking two in the morning and two at bedtime and have noticed a decrease in leg cramps. I just started my second bottle so hopefully all the benefits will begin to kick in.
