I have tried repeatedly to cancel my subscription
I have tried repeatedly to cancel my subscription but continue to get notice of shipments I do not want. I have been unsuccessful to get my account cancelled. I have notified Gold Seal Supplement Company to cancel but can get no satisfaction from customer service; much less a reply . Do get scammed by this company. Don't buy their products.

This company has terrible customer…
This company has terrible customer service service. I have tried calling multiple times time emailing multiple times times no Response! Called my credit card company and they are dealing with them. They keep sending 6 bottles at a time and I do not remember signing for reoccurring orders. I’m one person and now have 18 bottles and soon to be another for I saw another charge on my credit card. Buyer beware!

I wanted to cancel my subscription but…
I wanted to cancel my subscription but they ignored my emails and sent the product anyway. I told them I would be returning it and now they say they will charge me a $35 restocking fee!

I experienced the same thing as another…
I experienced the same thing as another customer. They keep billing my credit card as though I had a subscription. I never did subscribe to any subscription and they keep getting charges on my credit card and I have tried numerous times to get in touch by phone calls and emails. Never did get back with me by phone or email. They charged my card again today 57.90 so I ordered a replacement card and blocked my other card. I will never do business with this company again and I would you shouldn’t either. Terrible experience!!!!!

Ordered 2 bottles at $33 apiece and was charged over $128. Called and left two messages with no response yet. Will have to file a claim through my bank if I don't hear from them.

Buyer Beware
When I placed the order I thought I was purchasing three bottles and getting three free. My cc was unexpectedly charged 134.88. They charged me way more than advertised. Their wording in the ad is deceptive. To make matters worse they added some other product that I didn’t even order and charged me for that. I immediately contacted them via email with instructions to cancel the order. No response. I have called their number twice to cancel and all you get is a recording. No response. I have begun a dispute with my cc company hoping they can reverse the charge. BUYER BEWARE THIS IS A MAJOR SCAM. They responded stating there is an email they sent to resolve the issue. No such email was ever received. Not in any folder in any of my emails.

yes, I should have had it checked before. Ordered three bottles supposedly an extra three free. My $66 bill turned into a bill for $150. No response from the company, phone numbers don’t work, not responsive to email. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING.
