In reading the reviews, the high score from trust pilot was commending customer service who quickly helped them return the product. I don't see any decent review for the product itself. I myself am in the process of a return, if I can ever get through to Miss Ella, the apparent star of returns.

this company is the worst... after reading the reviews I was more concerned with them trying to put me into a subscription but little did I know when I told the customer service rep that it would not let me get a total before I put in my credit card information she said there's a page after I put that in that should give me the total but won't charge me until I okay it.... well that was a lie, not only did they charge me but they put it in for three bottles at 71% off when I had picked six bottles at 80% off so it wasn't even the same package that I wanted... right away I told them to cancel it 2 minutes after it said it charged me.... they said they were unable to because it was already on route but yet I never got the magnesium and they still put the charge on my discover.... worst customer service ever do yourself a favor and go on Amazon and look up magnesium there's just as good of magnesium out there a lot more inexpensive and they're not lying to you!

They advertised a large discount "buy 3 , get 3 free" but then charged me for 6 bottles. I agree with the other reviews , skip this "fraudulent" company from China they just replied to this review But it wasn’t really a reply at all and I didn’t tell the truth. I canceled the order but they refused to allow me to cancel it even though it was just within the same hour I had purchased it. They’re making me go through Visa to cancel. I wonder how many people didn’t know that Visa will cancel Read all the other reviews that these people have received This is a fraudulent company.

Warning - do not place an order with this company. I was billed $179.67 for an order for product I did not confirm. In fact, I have 3 follow up emails from Gold Seal asking me to confirm my order after they had already shipped it and I had asked them to cancel it. I have tried unsuccessfully by email and by phone for the information needed to ship this order back, which is still sealed and never used. They have not responded. I have now turned the matter over to my credit card company.

Researched the product and decided to order. Product offered at 71% discount, $24.95 each. Also, buy three bottles, get three free. I chose the three bottle offer. They immediately charged my Amex card $149.70, 24.95 for all six bottles. Called the number on their customer service website. It rang 15 times then disconnected. Communicated the problem through their customer service chat. No response. Sent second chat message that I would cancel order if I didn’t hear from them. No response. Cancelled order through chat and initiated a dispute with Amex. Don’t buy.

Some how they were charging me $50 every month. No products. I tried to cancel my hidden subscription for 10 days. Zero response. Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Trash. I had to cancel my card. Don’t go through these guys.

Ella was very helpful and I appreciate her response. Unfortunately, I've been trying to get a response from your company for about three weeks. I sent several emails that never received a reply. I like the product so far. And would like to continue to use it. However, if I cannot count on any kind of communication, then I don't see how I will be able to continue to buy your product.

This company never answers the phone number provided or returns calls. It ignores emails to their customer service contact information. It is impossible to cancel the subscription that I must not have seen the fine print that I signed up for. I had to cancel my credit card to stop getting new charges or product. The product did not solve my sleep issues so the chances of collecting their 90 day money back guarantee is 0%😡
