Not made in USA
I ordered 3 bottles, which state $24.95 each, with 3 free. But was charged for 6 bottles, very misleading and they NEVER GIVE YOU A REVIEW ORDER BUTTON. NOW IT HAS BEEN 3 WEEKS SINCE MY ORDER, AND IT SHOWS IT GOING THRU US CUSTOMS. I WAS TOLD THEY WERE MANUFACTURED IN THE US...IT IS A LIE. THE ADDRESS IN AVENTURA, FL IS AN OFFICE, NOT A MANUFACUTRING FACILITY. THE LIED TO ME AND TOLD ME THEY USE "FOREIGN SOFTWARE" SO THAT IS WHY IT SHOWS US CUSTOMS. THEY ARE OBVIOUSLY A SCAM COMPANY AND I HAVE CONTACTED THEM AT LEAST 8 TIMES AND HAVE BEEN TOLD THEY ARE LOOKING INTO WHERE MY ORDER IS. I WILL BE CONTESTING WITH MY CR3DIT CARD COMPANY. DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL!!!!

It did not work for me
It did not work for me. I need only the one for the brain. For some reason I did not realize all 4 were in the same tablet. I would like to return the bottles. I am 93 years old. Sincerely, Joan Summerfield

I tried canceling my subscription which…
I tried canceling my subscription which I don't remember signing up for, they asked that I wait for yet another order which was already shipping. I did and they would not honor their request. I tried and was told it had to be within 99 days. IT WAS JUST OVER 30 DAYS.

I would do a minus if I could !!! You are a fraudulent company and you should not be able to do business in America or on a website of any kind!!! You answer no phone call calls you return no emails and you just keep acting like everything is OK !!!! I hope this message goes out to enough people so they don’t get screwed the way I did !!

I did not to my recollection request a subscription. If I did it was due to ordering confusion by manufacturer. They are not being cooperative as they will not cancel my subscription after first bottle ordered which was the only one I wanted. I cannot afford monthly orders. I think their ordering tactics are deceptive. It may be a good product but I don’t want to receive it automatically. I will accept first shipment. Future orders will be ordered as needed and able to afford

Gold Seal should communicate…
This company could communicate with its customer base and not just focus on the sales. Returning calls and emails would be a great start. I requested a response 7 times without any response.

Scammy Sales Model!
I ordered only ONE BOTTLE of Complete Magnesium. supplement. The checkout process is misleading, confusing and unclear without a virtual Shopping Cart, to confirm your total order. The moment I entered my Credit Card information - I was suddenly placing orders for (3) bottles I never intended to buy. My $57.90 order ballooned to a whopping $102.85! Do not fall for the slick, AI-generated Facebook Meta video. YOU WILL BE SCAMMED! Trying to contact Gold Seal Suplements Customer Support is futile. Go straight to your credit card company and DISPUTE the entire order, before any product arrives. Their product may work - but the deceptive ordering system has evaporated all confidence in this company. YOU HAVE BEEN ADEQUATELY WARNED!

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service! States made in America, but yet shipped from china-HUM. The L- threonate is generic, untested. Only tested if has a specific named brand. Threw all mine in the trash!!
