At last something that works…
Have tried many products over the past few years. Finally tried Gold Seal Magnesium and I am feeling a little better after taking this product for a little more than a month. I am praying that I will continue to feel more improvement as I continue to use this product.

I previously ordered a Magnesium…
I previously ordered a Magnesium Glycinate. Once I saw the Goldseal Magnesium with all types, I ordered the 3 pack. Yes, it's 4 capsules per day, but I've definitely had less cramping in my legs at night. Will continue to monitor and use.

Customer service has been helpful
Customer service has been helpful. I can notice that Im thinking more clearly and I sleep better after fall sleep. I really like that they hv all the 4 magnesium together.

Gold Seal magnesium is by far the best…
Gold Seal magnesium is by far the best I have tried. It helps me to get yo sleep faster and deeper. I always asks up and ready to go and get in with my day. I recommend it to women 18 and above.

I really feel an improvement from…
I really feel an improvement from Magnesium Complete. Especially in clarity and focus. The forms of Magnesium in this formula are missing in most other formulas I have studied.
