Customer Service
One of the few companies that sends you a email saying that your order is ready to ship and if you want to manage it you can. You can email them or call them as well. I emailed them immediately and "Jake" responded immediately and said they will pause the subscription until I tell them I am ready. So far great Product and Company!

The fact that it’s helping my brain…
The fact that it’s helping my brain function for the long haul is extremely beneficial. Also love that it is giving me energy while still allowing me the ability to sleep more peacefully at night.

I don’t wake up feeling as groggy now. It’s not perfect every day, but definitely an improvement .

To be honest,
To be honest,, I didn't start taking the Magnesium Complete right away,,, I still had some of my other type of Magnesium to finish! So I've only been on the Magnesium Complete for a few weeks now. And to tell the truth,, I can't tell any difference yet! But I take a bunch of other supplements too,, maybe they're interfering with things?? As far as my buying experience though,,, that part was phenomenal! And I got what I paid for in just days!

Glad I switched to Total Magnesium - especially for the L-Threonate form plus the other three.
I've had not trouble with Gold Seal whatsoever, and after over a year of another premium Magnesium Glycinate product, switching to your Total Magnesium product honestly feels better. Gold Seal has a larger efficacious doses of ALL 4 Magnesium forms, so the benefit is larger spectrum. Service from the company has gone well, but the free shipping seemed a bit slow taking 3 weeks to arrive. Wondered if anything happened to my order a couple times. Fortunately, the order tracking was reassuring by helping me track my delivery's progress.

I feel like I am sleeping better and deeper. I have to have the magnesium because I take hydrocortisone for Addison's. I need all that is in Gold Seal.
