I wasn't sure the company was legit
I want sure the company was legit, but I went ahead with entering my information. However, a glitch on the website overs when I entered my city. I tried many times to correct the problem but to mojo avail. So I found a support email and heard back the same day from JAKE! He was terrific! Checked my order and made sure it was successful!⁴3

I started using the magnesium product a month ago with great success. Sleeping better through the night. My first order was a 6 month supply, but within 3 weeks I got another bottle shipped to me and 3 weeks later a email that I got another email that another bottle would be shipped in 2 days. I reached out to Ella at Gold Seal to stop sending me product I don’t need. She got it delayed until December. Thanks for your help, Ella!

Jake's service
I contacted customer service to determine whether I had signed up for a subscription when I placed my recent order because I did not want subscription at this time. Jake responded quickly and was very helpful and responsive. He went the extra yard to make sure I was informed and clearly discussed my options. I responded with my decision to cancel and he handled that very quickly. He is an excellent employee.

Ella was wonderful!
Ella was wonderful. I was diagnosed with acute lymphocytic leukemia after placing my 1st order, and my Oncologist will only allow supplements approved in his practice. I tried several times to cancel, but never received any response, until Ella arrived. Ella was extremely helpful in assisting me with cancelling my subscription (for now).

Sweet Dreams
I tried this supplement because I was having difficulty sleeping. Within a month I could tell an improvement in my sleep. I am very satisfied with these results and plan to continue using them.

Frequency Error Resolved
There was an error with the frequency of my shipments giving me 7 extra bottles. I tried calling to remedy the situation, but had no success. Then I sent an email after checking out the company on trust pilot. Within a few minutes I received a polite response from Mark who offered me several options for solving the problem. After making my choice, Mark implemented it right away and sent me the verification. I like the product and am pleased that the problem could be solved so well.
