I gave 3 stars to Iris at Gold Seal…
I gave 3 stars to Iris at Gold Seal Supplements for assisting me in getting a refund. I give 0 stars for their ordering process and transparency on their site. I was going to order 3 packages of the astaxanthin and somehow I ended up with 8 packages and was charged $135 and it appeared that it was going to be a recurring charge. There was no place where I could resolve this on their site. I somehow connected with Iris who resolved and gave me credit.

Everything is fine but the product does…
Everything is fine but the product does not work for me I have taking a whole bottle of it religiously every day I see no difference I will not be buying it again I still have two bottles left I will take the rest of these just to see if anything changes I have yet to see a supplement that I have purchased that actually does what they say it does

I purchaed the Gold Seal Magnesium…
I purchaed the Gold Seal Magnesium Supplements to help my insomnia. I have only been taking the supplements for just over a month and so far I can’t tell any difference in how I sleep. I will continue taking the supplements so that I can give them more time to work.

I have taken it as directed daily but…
I have taken it as directed daily but have not noticed any changes as claimed. I will continue to take it until my supply runs out.

Final inquiry resolved.
I ordered magnesium in April 2026. Price charged to me was double than the price advertised on Facebook. Emailed them immediately and they said order was canceled and a refund would be posted. I received an email to track the order and it showed it was coming from China. Emailed them asking where the product was made and they claimed it was made in America. Disputed the charge with my credit card company. Took 5 weeks for the refund to be posted to my account. Again in July 2026 they charged for a subscription which I never signed up for or approved. Emailed them again immediately to cancel the order and requested refund. This time the refund was posted much quicker. However, I did received the order anyway and wanted to send it back to the company. Emailed for address to send it back and Iris responded quickly. Appreciated her help greatly. Over the course of the four months, no one returned my phone calls and a second phone number hung up after a few rings. Only response I got was from email. Not real pleased with the experience with this company, and not sure I want to take it because of it being shipped from China.

searching high and low for…
I have been searching high and low for a brand of magnesium that will alleviate my leg cramps that I experienced in the middle of the night. I started taking these as directed and it did not help so I am now taking twice the dose recommended and it only works 50% of the time.

Mixed Experience, but Excellent Customer Service from Iris
My overall experience with Gold Seal Supplements was mixed. There were significant issues with the ordering and fulfillment process, including incorrect charges and shipments arriving after my order had been canceled and fully refunded. However, I do want to specifically recognize Iris in Customer Support. Iris provided five-star 🌟 customer service. She was courteous, responsive, and helpful in resolving my concerns, and I greatly appreciated the way she handled the situation. While I cannot give the overall transaction five stars because of the problems that occurred, Iris herself absolutely deserves five stars 🤩 for her assistance.
