I haven't been using the product long enough yet to see the true benefits. I was using another magnesium product previously and had product to use up before making the switch. I would however like to give a shout-out to ELLA from customer service who was so helpful in making a change to my account to delay further shipments until I could use up my current supply. She was prompt, courteous and explained in detail what she was able to do to help me out. Kudos! I was a customer service professional for a manufacturing company for many years & great customer service is difficult to come by these days!

I received very good service from someone named Ervi. They cancelled my subscription at my request without any hassles whatsoever. I also have been taking the magnesium for almost a month and it seems to be working great. I have obtained complete relief from my leg cramps at night.

I need to return my shipment unopened i am not working right now and I understand their is a 30 day window to send back the product. I need to cancel the auto shipping i cannot afford it please help my apologies.

I have high praise for this company as some companies selling vitamin supplements on line are less than honest. This company was completely honest with me. I ordered a bottle of the Magnesium Complete which came to me on time. Because I take meds that could have interaction issues I talked to my doctor and found out this supplement was ok to take. There was some confusion as to if I ordered a subscription or not with my initial order as I have plenty of the product still left. Ella answered my email promptly and cleared things up and cancelled a subscription for me. Some of these companies lack great customer service and communications, not Gold Seal which is refreshing to know. I will re-order from them as need be because the product is very good and does what it says it will do.

Only 3 weeks in when I started and it seems to be working, I'm sleeping through the entire night without waking up at 1,2,3 or 4am. My wife takes this as well and she's only on her 2nd week and its starting to help her as well.

I have tried different brands...but Gold Seal Supplement is the best. I sleep better.
