As a supplement girl, Ive researched, and taken what I thought were quality Magnesiums before, but it was just the Glycinate. The sleep and energy was better, but, still had other issues. As a retired military veteran, Ive always needed to stayed busy and active 24/7 for 30 years. I also have an adult son with ADHD and Autism (who doesnt sleep well, has gut issues, bad brain fog, and no focus), so I stay permanently exhausted, moody, and anxious myself. At 65, I have acid reflux (GERD), and being on Omeprazole for 12 years has destroyed my digestion causing malnutrition from low nutrient absoption, weakened bones, and caused kidney stones and brain fog. Not anymore!! I like that this magnesium has Zinc! It's helping me absorb nutrients I couldnt before, helping me wean off Omeprazole forever, and have better digestion. My moods are more calm and less stress. Im more relaxed, and less anxious! Yes, Im still very busy, and my family calls me the "energizer bunny", but I sleep HARD at night (I dont nap during the day), and feel more rested. Its done more for me than any other magnesium Ive tried. Ive taken Complete about two months now and its actually changing my health a bit at a time. I hope for better joint health ahead, in my back and knees (thanks to the military!) I hope my next dexa bone scan shows better numbers. I do feel an overall better health. This is the real deal, and Im not stopping now. As for my husband and autistic son, now that Ive tried Complete, they are switching too! Looking forward to having a healthier powerful family! Sleeping thru the. Night and no pain down leg. Am experiencing some foot pain but think that's rosouvastatin so taking CoQ10 to rebuild enzyme it deplineshes.

I’m regular for the first time in 40 years! I’m telling all my friends here at the independent senior living community where I live and anyone else that will listen! The product that Amazon is selling is not the one I am taking, even though it is a Gold Seal! It doesn’t have the same magnesium supplements in it. And I almost bought it for a friend before something told me to check!

I’ve tried magnesium products before and usually stopped because they bothered my stomach. This one has been much easier for me to continue.

It’s only been a few weeks, but I can tell something is changing. Sleeping better, more relaxed. I plan to continue with these supplements and see where it goes. I did have an issue with 2 products I didn’t order, the company was very prompt in responding to my concern, and the problem was fixed.
