Don't order from this company
Don't order from this company! I ordered some magnesium from Gold Seal even though the ordering process was full of unclear prompts that seemed designed to get one to buy more and promotional pricing was misleading. The next day an email from the company offered a cancelation and refund if desired because of delivery delays. I canceled my order in the manner described immediately since I had misgivings after reading reviews. And a receipt email showed prices and items I didn't want. But the company will now not cancel or refund, saying my order is already "in progress. Delays, deception, refusal to honor their own offer of cancelation from customer service.

This company is a fraud
This company is a fraud. They designed their website to add unordered products with no summary of the order before receiving the payment prompt. They are terrible when you contact customer service and ignore your request for refund by saying it is in process. Too bad!

If I could give this company a zero, I would
If I could give this company a zero, I would! I have been waiting a month for astaxanthin and the customer service is horrible. Do not spend money that you will receive nothing for. I have asked repeatedly to cancel the order and get my money back. Then they tell me it is being sent and they can’t refund my money. That was a week ago. This company is terrible. I should have read reviews before throwing my money away.

Auto charges and shipments
Cannot (even at their end) stop orders! They are shipping even after I have it in writing that the item is being readied for shipment. I tell them I don’t want it, and I receive confirmation from Gold Seal, however they still send it. Trying to get this stopped and their charges is so frustrating.

No product ever delivered
UPDATE!!!! I received a response to my original review stating that an email was sent with " an update". It was not an update, it simply said "not sure whats happening, no shipping date is available and no status can be given at this time". They did offer me a $20 credit for a future order LMAO. What good is that if you never deliver in the first place. I emailed again this morning and guess what I got the same exact AI generated email from "support". Don't waste your money with these guys. I took a chance and ordered from this company nearly 3 weeks ago. I was told it would arrive from the US warehouse within 3-5 days. Still have not received anything. Contacted customer support and was simply told that my order was being processed and that no further information was available.

I read the reviews
I read the reviews. Much different from reviews for gold star magnesuim complete. All were negative reviews on how cancellations were addressed, unauthorized subscriptions were initiated by gold star, their ads were deceptive. I had ordered buy two at price of $33.00 each and get one free. I was charged for all 3 for $99.00. Impossible to reach anyone in costumer service to cancel order. Will never order from them again. I find it hard to believe these positive reviews are legit in view of so many negative ones. I'd be afraid to take the supplements as obviously this company is not trustworthy.

Dismal customer service/faulty website/dishonest practices
Dismal customer service. Faulty website. It automatically upgraded my order (not my choice) and then NO ONE would ever respond by email. I ended up paying for way more product that I actually ordered. I consider this company to have dishonest dealings and NO WAY to correct their errors. I would NEVER deal with them again.
