better sleep and steadier days
I mainly bought it for better sleep, but I ended up liking the daytime effect too. I feel a bit less scattered and more able to get through my day without crashing.

Better than I expected!!!
I had to call customer service and they were extremely helpful. I was really surprised that they went the extra mile with my issue. As far as the product goes, I bought a 6 month supply and I'm only on my first bottle, so I really don't have anything to report yet. I'm thinking about buying another supplement they offer, too!

I started taking it because my sleep…
I started taking it because my sleep was all over the place. Some nights I would fall asleep fast, other nights I would just lie there annoyed. After a couple of weeks, I noticed bedtime felt less frustrating. It didn’t knock me out or anything, it just helped my body settle better.
