The site itself is not too bad, but there is a major issue with how accounts and punishments are being handled. About a year ago, I was falsely banned from the site for no clear or reasonable reason. At the time, I was not given a proper explanation for the ban, and I had no real way of resolving the situation. Rather than having my account unbanned or receiving an explanation for the original punishment, I was muted on the site for **2.5 years**, despite not being given a clear reason for such an extreme punishment. On top of that, I was also banned from the Discord server. This is extremely frustrating because I have already waited a full year before even getting the opportunity to appeal the original ban. I then followed the instructions given to me, completed KYC, and instead of having the issue resolved, I received another extremely long punishment. I understand that websites need rules and that moderation is necessary, but punishments should be reasonable, transparent, and based on clear violations. A 2.5-year mute, especially after an already lengthy ban and after I complied with the KYC request, seems completely disproportionate without any explanation. I would really appreciate it if my account and the original ban could be properly reviewed by someone who can actually look into the situation. I would also like to know exactly what rule I supposedly violated, why the original ban was issued, and why completing the requested KYC resulted in an additional 2.5-year mute and removal from Discord. I am not asking for special treatment. I simply want a fair review of my account and a clear explanation of what I supposedly did wrong. If there is a legitimate reason for these punishments, I should at least be told what it is so I can understand the decision. Overall, the site itself is not terrible, but the way account punishments and appeals are being handled is a serious issue. Being banned for a year, finally appealing, completing KYC as requested, and then receiving another 2.5-year punishment without a clear explanation is incredibly discouraging. Overall I am down $70k usd on goldpump and would highly recommend users take caution with sites like this.

I feel like it is bad for people to have under the balance to be able to join borrow a lot of people have lost money because they try to join borrow mode but then they join with the actual cost of the battle when trying to join with borrow. I feel like that is very concerning and you guys should make a feature where it says in the bottom of the battle where is say join with battle even if the person has more then what the battle cost.
