The site itself is not too bad, but there is a major issue with how accounts and punishments are being handled. About a year ago, I was falsely banned from the site for no clear or reasonable reason. At the time, I was not given a proper explanation for the ban, and I had no real way of resolving the situation. I was essentially left unable to use the site despite believing that I had done nothing wrong. Yesterday, after waiting for around a year, I finally decided to appeal the ban in the hope that the situation could be reviewed properly. Instead of simply reviewing the original ban, I was asked to complete KYC verification. I cooperated fully and completed the KYC process as requested. However, after completing the KYC, things somehow became even worse. Rather than having my account unbanned or receiving an explanation for the original punishment, I was muted on the site for **2.5 years**, despite not being given a clear reason for such an extreme punishment. On top of that, I was also banned from the Discord server. This is extremely frustrating because I have already waited a full year before even getting the opportunity to appeal the original ban. I then followed the instructions given to me, completed KYC, and instead of having the issue resolved, I received another extremely long punishment. I understand that websites need rules and that moderation is necessary, but punishments should be reasonable, transparent, and based on clear violations. A 2.5-year mute, especially after an already lengthy ban and after I complied with the KYC request, seems completely disproportionate without any explanation. I would really appreciate it if my account and the original ban could be properly reviewed by someone who can actually look into the situation. I would also like to know exactly what rule I supposedly violated, why the original ban was issued, and why completing the requested KYC resulted in an additional 2.5-year mute and removal from Discord. I am not asking for special treatment. I simply want a fair review of my account and a clear explanation of what I supposedly did wrong. If there is a legitimate reason for these punishments, I should at least be told what it is so I can understand the decision. Overall, the site itself is not terrible, but the way account punishments and appeals are being handled is a serious issue. Being banned for a year, finally appealing, completing KYC as requested, and then receiving another 2.5-year punishment without a clear explanation is incredibly discouraging. I hope this can be looked into properly and resolved fairly.

I think the site has made a lot of improvements in the past year and has a good variety of gamemodes. The UI on the site is solid, however a complaint I have is some of the odd glitches it can have on a mobile device. The support is actually really solid for being a gambling website, which I haven't seen from many other sites but I enjoy how they are always polite and nice, though im sure they face a lot of backlash from players. I also enjoy the moderation that the site has because whenever a player is begging or breaking the rules on site there is always a staff member there to catch them and punish them accordingly.
