Everything was great I have been using you all for almost a year now until you guys have blocked me out of my Instagram account which I cannot get into and its my business account and I would like to know why? Your customer service does not respond to my emails which again I don’t know why and it is very unprofessional.

Gold Nitro does everything it should, but... The customer service is non-exsistent. The referrals stopped working some time ago, after several emails I never got an answer. Paying 29 or 69USD for a service and being ignored by the customer service is rude.

It was working great but this week Instagram detected the service and locks me out every time I link my account with Gold Nitro. I tried many many times and waited a few days. Still won’t work so I’m forced to cancel my subscription unfortunately. No word yet if I’ll get a refund on unused days I’ve paid for. I’m disappointed to no longer be able to use the service.

Thank you for the feedback. Around May 30th, Instagram rolled out changes that restricted limits for likes and follows. This change affected all automation tools, including Gold Nitro. The Instagram app notification asking you to change your password is related. We’re aware of Instagram's changes and our working nonstop to improve service. We've restored service to the majority of our customers and continue to work on the password reset issues. This service was really great until it wasn’t. Recently I was locked out of my Instagram account and prompted to create a new password. I gave the new info to Gold Nitro and emailed three times to customer care and got no response. I was kicked out of my instagram account one day later when GN logged in. It seems like this service is no longer useful in that instagram has detected the use of GN and forced me to change my log in info.

Instagram made changes last week that impacted all automation services, including Gold Nitro. The good news is that we now have a workaround in place. I’ve been using the service for a while. I just reactivated my account couple days ago, everything seemed to be working normal, until I noticed the notifications on Instagram that they removing the likes and followers I gained. So I guess it’s not working they way it’s been advertised before which is a shame as in the past I was very happy with the service.

Thanks for your feedback. This notification from Instagram is safe to ignore. It went out to anyone with a high volume of activity on their account. This cast a wide net and others not using Gold Nitro were affected. Since the engagement and followers you gain through Gold Nitro are real, organic followers, those won't be removed. We've seen no signs of decreased engagement across our customers. We continue to stay under Instagram's rate limits and our team is working to further improve service. When I did the trial I gained followers and I signed up for 39,99 a month and it basically fell way off. canceling next month.
