Redeemed over 750 and been waiting over 8 business days and only received the first 250$ redemption.No support from chat call you get is a automated response that it could take 30 minutes up to 10 business days

As of right now, I’m leaving one star… I’ve always loved this site because of quick redemptions. I have a redemption that’s been pending for going on 2 days when it normally only takes 2 minutes!! I have messaged support and only getting this same generic AI response… this is wild.

Husband and I were both banned for collecting the daily rewards. No explanation, other than a message saying the decision is final. There guys are terrible, not a free to play sweeps casino. DO NOT BUY I assume you will never see that money again.

Where do I begin? I signed up with Gold Machine for the nice “welcome” bonus and the promise of fast instant redemptions. Cool…..I will give it a spin. Won some and lost some but eventually won enough for a few redemptions…nothing major. Reviewed and processed in my account in minutes. We may have found a gem here. This past Thursday, I won $500 and did a redemption for the $250 and the other $250 on Friday. It is Sunday evening and still waiting. Chat is no help with the cookie cutter responses saying up to 10 days. That is complete bullshit. They are quick to say “we understand you are frustrated with the now 4 day wait and processing can be longer for some players”. Who is “some” and how come all players aren’t treated the same? They draw you in with the promise of fast redemptions. And….they actually will give fast redemptions on the first few or small wins. But soon as you win a little money…..all of sudden the are issues in time frame, review process, or to many in the queue. It is the old bait and switch. I need you to stand on business. If you main sell point is redemption time, then you honor that. Don’t hide behind t&c that you pull out when questioned.

I deposited $20 and collected the daily bonus for several months. I played through my balance and attempted to redeem, when I was suddenly banned. I broke no rules and did nothing wrong, but Gold Machine took my money and said goodbye.

I have played wirh with them for about a month and received 3 redemption the moment I win $4k and try to redeem they locked my account out and canceled my redemption because I shared the link with my daughter and sister. They are a SCAM and I do not recommend. It's already bad that you can only redeem 250 per day but when you hit big they decide to ban you for any reason they can think of.
