I consolidated two units at a competitor's facility into one large unit on the second floor of the large building. I found this location much more convenient and the price is competitive. The management is friendly and helpful and keeps the place clean and the elevators working. My only complaint would be the facility has limited access hours on holidays, but it isn't a deal breaker.

The storage facility management software that we use that includes the billing system is one of the most popular in in the industry and award wining. I know this software did have a small bug that effected the billing component for a few days earlier this year. This bug was corrected within a few days.
