Hello Ramon, Thank you for comments and we are very sorry to hear about your frustrations you have had with our billing system. The storage facility management software that we use that includes the billing system is one of the most popular in in the industry and award wining. If you could let us know what exactly are your frustrations are with it, we would be pleased to bring up these issues with the developers of the software and get it fixed. I know this software did have a small bug that effected the billing component for a few days earlier this year. This bug was corrected within a few days. We strive to provide our customers with the best possible storage experience so we would be grateful to hear exactly how can to do improve.
