As usual, Golden Rule had arranged our ideal flight itinerary for good price. This time, however, we had to change our return tickets very suddenly. Golden Rule's on-call agent made the necessary changes quickly on a Sunday afternoon, getting us ideal return flights and arranging for our preferred seating. Excellent service as always!

This team is amazing. On the front end they help line-up your flights BUT if (or when) the airlines cancels a flight, this team is on stand-by to help you get rerouted. They truly live out the Golden Rule!! I want to give a shout out to Wendell and Hans. I travel more peacefully knowing they are in my corner. Outstanding job, guys!!!

With canceled flights, I called the emergency number while in Kenya, and an agent promptly helped me get rebooked the same night and texted me throughout the process. He emailed me the tickets and made sure I had everything I needed. From booking to unexpected changes, Golden Rule Travel is the best!
