all good, i just would appreciate a faster response time in some cases

Golden Rule Travel was my go to when tasked with coordinating a short term missions trip to Mexico. The agents were patient and punctual in answering my many questions. They helped to promptly fix a document error immediately prior to our departure which insured safe, seamless entry to Mexico & re-entry to US. Will call again if needing to organize travel for a church group.

They were very helpful. Only thing is it took a while to get a response on the emergency line. Seems that would be a quicker process

We are happy to have bought airplane tickets for our ministry with Golden Rules Travel. I did not find better deals anywhere else. However I have one thing to say that could be improved: the response delay to answer my emails was a little too long in my opinion;
