Worst online casino out there. Don’t waste a single cent with them. Horrific.

Horrible site. I usually do not provide negative comments on Casino slots. But, this one is the worst. It took a half hour just to set up a new account. Promised, 250 spins which they did honor, however, at only 8 cents a spin. It gave me a total of $14 dollars after wasting 45 minutes of my time clicking for it. I will save my breath for now. Avoid.

Casino slots take way more than your bet amount! Don’t waste your time! The system glitches a lot and customer service is very unhelpful! I thought I was going crazy because I couldn’t understand why my bet amount is a certain amount, but they’re taking almost double the bet amount out every spin! I screen recorded just today’s because I couldn’t figure it out and for a bet of $.40 it took $.75!!! This has been continuously a problem. I had no idea until I started reading other people’s post. They are a rip off would not suggest and I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau.

Over a 3 month period I lost $60,000. I WAS WOOED by a Mandy Scully, Scully sent me"test" rounds with some kind of decent perks to see if I was a good fit to advance to VIP. Once advanced, the good perks just about stopped. My Then assigned VIP host Candice.... the oh so sweet, Jersey Gal , who lives at the beach and has a dog.... huggy kissy host told me I could contact her every week for a "perk".... a whopping 400 bucks later over a few weeks, she wouldnt even give me 20 bucks! SO....after a kinda rant filled email to her about her less than adequate handling of my account.... Golden Nugget without notice abruptly gave me a 3 month suspension... Pretty sweet to make 60 grand and then just off your customer huh?? After 3 months and several customer service "surveys" my account was reinstated. Now, my wonderful host has not responded to a single message I have sent her, not a single one....EVER since my reinstatement And since the non play for 3 months my account has apparently been downgraded..... You might as well take your greenbacks and wipe your butt with them rather than playing at Golden nugget.... trust me.... what a God awful place, with God awful employee representation, and absolutely no customer loyalty, like none .. nothing! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!! 1 star is too good for this place!! Additionally, GN is so pathetic, they don't even respond to any of the TP reviews. At least other online casinos bother to respond to given reviews.... not GN... they don't give a rats a**

They let you win when you are a new player but after you play for awhile they never let you win and you will consistently lose and not win anything at all. It’s just a scam and a waste of time and money.

Always lose way more than you can win. They will always get you with their rigged payouts. RNG does not equal fair. It equals, legal way for them to decieve you. When is someone going to take down these criminal businesses and give us some overdue justice?

I always wondered if these casino apps could mess with the outcome of the game play..Well i have the truth..One day I logged onto my account and I noticed a little settings icon that was never there so i clicked on it and it was a developer setting menu...it will amaze you at what they can actually do...For example, override geo locations, crash site , enable or disable jackpots, remove user data...If you think this is a joke its not..Ive screen recorded it and took many photos of what im talking about .....We have been getting ripped off just like you all have thought

I called to see why my debit card is saying not valid anymore. No one knew why they said someone would get back to me with in 70 hours well time is up still no answer. Called again still waiting for a reply customer service needs to get there act together!
