They ensured I was comfortable with the decision to move funds over as a beginner, I was able to get the process done in a matter of two weeks and after they assisted me and the metals purchasing process, They ensured I understood all of my options and what was available to me in the market. Could not recommend this company any more. Attention to detail, service, and pricing were the top three for me personally
