Top notch quality, reasonable and patient. I just ordered another custom piece and Vijay works with me until we have the perfect size and design. He’s very patient and honest about what is possible and what isn’t instead of trying to up-charge you for whatever you asked for. I discovered him 4 yrs ago and have ordered custom and stock items and keep returning. Very quick shipping and he communicates at every stage of production.

Great jewelry at great price

My ring is absolutely gorgeous! Vijay was amazing and super communicative the entire process. It could not be more perfect! This was the best experience I’ve had purchasing jewelry and it won’t be my last purchase from Golden Bird Jewels! It also arrived much earlier than expected so that’s a wonderful plus!

I had an excellent experience with Golden Bird Jewels by purchasing Moissanite bangles recently. Their customer service, delivery time and the bangles are wonderful. I am very happy to see the bangles. They are very beautiful. I am also receiving a certificate of jewelry upon my request. I am planning to buy few more jewelry items from this shop.

I think I’ll be another Golden Bird customer for life! My 3/4 eternity ring exceeded our expectations and Vijay provided the best customer service experience I’ve ever had as a consumer. Vijay went above and beyond in order to get our wedding ring to us from India all the way to Wisconsin in the States, days before our wedding day. I love my ring so much. Thank you so much Vijay!!

Ordered a ring and had a date I needed it by (the date also fell within the indicated timeline based on his shop policies). The ring was delayed and Vijay was not transparent about it. Furthermore, the band was not the agreed upon thickness indicated on the approved CAD, and it was in fact almost 1mm THINNER, meaning I received less metal than I paid for. There were also other issues, including my stone looking nothing like the video he sent me before setting it. He kept arguing with me and I felt my concerns were dismissed. Eventually, I gave up and accepted the thin (and slightly crooked) ring. I don't wear it and unfortunately cannot sell it due to the defects. I wish I had read more reviews of him before purchasing.
