I ordered a ring which was told gold but it is different metal
I ordered a ring which was told it is gold but when my local jeweler tested it was silver or a other metal and no response from customer care

We did request additional details so we could investigate and resolve the issue promptly but, unfortunately, did not receive a response. All of our gold pieces are crafted as described and go through quality checks before shipping. That said, we are always happy to review test results or any supporting information to ensure everything is addressed properly.

Love Golden Bird!

Beautiful ring and very high end service for a beyond reasonable price point! A ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ experience! 100% satisfied. Would 100% recommend to family, friends and anyone else for that matter.
Overall My experience with golden bird jewelers has been excellent. Absolutely top-notch customer service. I was really made to feel like I was very much a part of the process. I received frequent updates including either video or images. From start to finish of the ring production. Initially, I was concerned because the price points seemed "too good to be true" for such high quality items. But after doing my due diligence researching and looking at other reviews from verified customers. I decided to take a chance and I'm so glad I did, ya'll. I wouldn't buy jewelry from anywhere other than Vjay @ Golden Bird .Thank you so much for my beautiful ring!

Superb quality
I have just received my moisanite full eternity band, and I can't be happier. It is exactly what I wanted. I was a bit nervous to order from them direct, and I needed a quarter size ring (7.25) rather than half size, and the sizing was perfect! No gaps between the stones. I also adjusted the band width from 2mm to 1.8mm and it was done without any hasle. This was my second order (first time I found them on Etsy). I wish I could attach photos here. Communication was consistent throughout the entire process. Amazing craftsmanship. Thank you.
