Per review of your account, you placed the order 6/14 and were provided an estimated delivery date between between 6/24-6/25. Per review of the tracking information, you received your order on 6/22, before the delivery timeframe quoted. Hi Cameron, First, thank you for taking a chance with purchasing with us. As a first time customer, we can understand the frustration that can come with long delivery times. We are a U.S. based company and always quote 14-28 business days for international delivery. When your order was placed, you were quoted a delivery timeframe between June 19th and July 9th (to account for potential delays). At the time you wrote this review (June 22nd), you had not yet received your package, but we were still within the delivery timeframe quoted. Our records indicate the package was delivered yesterday, July 3rd. Although you received your package later than you would have liked, it was delivered within the communicated timeframe. Therefore, we do feel this is an unfair review. We would appreciate you updating this review to reflect all aspects of your experience with us, not just shipping time (which again, was communicated at the time of purchase).
