Great experience!
The shipment had gotten misplaced during the disruption of hurricane Milton that hit Florida. The company was great about giving a refund when we thought the shipment was lost. I finally did find the shipment and have used it for a couple days now. Feel like it’s already made a difference. Happy to pay for the positive results.

They did an excellent job of reaching out to me and taking care of the problem Thank you very much I canceled my subscription prior to you sending it out and you canceled my subscription but still mailed it out. ???????

While the agent cancelled all future subscriptions that same day, the agent inadvertently kept the 10/11 order active instead of cancelling that one too. Juli called and left a message asking how l was and inquired if l needed to make an order . That was excellent as l had only one bottle left and it takes 2-3 weeks to receive an order . I made an order and received it in time. Thank you .
