I totally got my issue was not goLance fault but even in this case they take it very seriously, they were super attentive and I felt supported with their fast responses and promptly information.

They did their best to tick off the issues our company was having. Easy to use app. Even though the problem was not on their end, they dealt with it as such. Their customer support manager was always attentive and supportive. Compensations were provided as well.

Great but really you need to apply a live chat with a real person because email some time could lead for a late replay and this makes people frustrated and anxious because it could be an issue with there money ...And humans doesn't wait on money 🤣
