I like how golance work because it seems like jobs are consolidated in one place. What I don't like is some people don't know how to exactly use it that's why freelancers are posting themselves as an employer instead of a freelancer.

You provided us with some very useful feedback. Thank you, Jennilyn.

I have been with goLance for more than a year now and my first year here was awesome! I have not encountered any problems with my account and they have given some bonuses as well. However, these past few months, my withdrawal seems to be longer than before. I use to receive my withdrawal on my bank account just hours after I withdraw but these recently, I experienced weeks of waiting. I hope this won't happen again as most of the freelancers in a third world country have both ends meet. A delay can affect a lot.

Sue, The number of our users is growing rapidly. We're handling more tasks than ever before. We sure hope that was a temporary problem. Feel free to reach out to our support if you're still experiencing these issues. Thank you, GoLance Team

It's easy to send an application, it has detail on the job description. In short, it is helpful for jobseekers. I will recommend to my friends who wants to be a freelancer

Thank you, Jorlyn! Your recommendations mean a lot to us. Keep up with the good work.

Only bad is big fee....everything is good
Response from goLanceSep 26, 2019
Aleksandra, The big fees just don't go hand-in-hand with goLance. We have a flat 7.95% fee for freelancers. No membership fees. You can bid as many times as you want with no extra costs. Your clients don't pay a payment processing fee. Feel free to compare our service fees to any freelance platform of your choice. It's fair to compare. It would be interesting to find out if it's there an online workplace that can match our fees and no-cost-to-client business policy. GoLance Team

I didn't give 5 stars because of the salary. I like the way it was before. After withdrawing from golance it will be on our account in just a few minutes. Now, you have to wait a day for it. But overall, great company.

Sheryl, You provided useful feedback. We would like to know if you are still experiencing this problem or this was instead a one-time issue? Thank you, GoLance Team
