I’ve struggled with severe anxiety, agoraphobia, and OCD for years. At my worst, I couldn’t drive, couldn’t fly, and even leaving the house felt overwhelming. My job requires frequent travel and public speaking, so I was constantly fighting through panic and fear just to get by. Propranolol has helped more than I expected. It doesn’t fix everything, but it makes the physical symptoms of anxiety so much more manageable. I’ve been able to live again without feeling like I’m going to fall apart. It gives me enough space to breathe and get through things that used to feel impossible. Kick made it easy to get access to propranolol while I was waiting for a longer-term plan with my doctor.
