Paid almost a month ago and never got my medication. Sent a message through the website and an email and never heard back from anyone. Wouldn’t recommend.

Terrible customer service. Their website literally “says same day medication, 15 minute review.” Started the process at 12:30 PM on a Thursday. Their team sent an auto message immediately saying that a doctor would review my intake information within TWELVE TO TWENTY FOUR BUSINESS HOURS. How can I possibly get my script same day or even next day if we use the 12 business hour analogy? I would imagine the eight hour business hours would end around five. So that’s 4 1/2 hours on Thursday. If we assume eight hours the next day, I might possibly get the script very late evening! However, that’s the window…. I can’t imagine I would actually get the script same day or even next day. Even if I place the order at 8 AM, their customer service team immediately tells you “no” you won’t get your script today you’ll get it tomorrow. That my friend, is the definition of FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. Immediately placing the order you are lying to your customers and telling them that you will not get your order same day. I emailed customer service to complain and the lovely Cxxxxxx Txx told me,” Since you seem unsatisfied with our service we cancelled your order.” Do you wanna grow a business? Not only are the promises on their website false advertisement, but their customer service is very unprofessional. Definitely go elsewhere. Not a great way to run a company for long-term growth. The CEO of the company also emailed me and asked me about my experience. Definitely a robot. I of course, shared all this with him but I don’t expect to hear from him. Probably way too busy to respond to customer inquiries! Good job CEO! And dammmmmmm! Look at all these horrible reviews! EIGHT PERCENT!? You should be ashamed of that.

terrible service and terrible costumer service didnt get my medication just a part of it and just told me to deal and ask directly with the pharmacy because they didnt know anything and just chatged me full price and only got half of the medication I paid for, didnt even answer me when I asked after a week when can I get it hey just dissapeared no notification if my medication was ready or not no email or anything and the "doctor" just said call the pharmacy we dont know anything, terrible terrible frustrated experience

They took my credit card info and never responded to my email. I got an email from the CEO saying I needed to provide more info, and then they never responded to me after I provided a lot more information. After a week of no response, I requested they email me back indicating they won’t charge my card, but still got no reply. I don’t think it’s a legit company.

Terrible customer service. If you wanna cancel your prescription they make it extremely difficult. I tried to get in contact with them and more than a week passed with no response.

Whoever is in charge of answering messages, should you do a better job, communication is horrible and they barely read you medical history, so not really reliable to be honest! If you are reading this, just go and use Telehealth with your insurance! it's easier and faster.

This company has the worst customer service! They will have you sign up for 3 months of insomnia treatment and through creative advertising lead you to believe that the $169 you are billed includes the cost of medication. It does not. If that medication doesn't work they want even more money to change to something else. After 7 days I asked to cancel and for a refund. They ignored me on every platform where I tried to contact them. Then they charged me $169 again at the 3 month mark when I never used their program. What a scam!

Used this service for sleep meds. They advertise they can give you certain ones to try each with 10 pills to see what works. After finding the two did not work I was told they could not prescribe anything else due to a daily medication I was on, something they should have advised before taking my money for 3 months of treatment. Getting answers back took a while too. Would not recommend for sleep meds
