I gave them all of my medication info and paid for my medicine. They sent me one medicine that didn’t work then told me I was out of options. I was told from the beginning that I would have multiple option to try. After the first medicine didn’t work she told me they couldn’t send me anything else to try due to medication interactions and were no help after that.

Don't waste your time, just go to your regular doctor and get a prescription. The mint flavor will burn your mouth and they will not refund you for them or replace them if it doesn't work for you. If you want to switch flavors bc it doesn't work for you, they'll charge you $25 to review the prescription change. Their customer service likes to throw little patronizing comments about your health as well, if you say you don't appreciate erroneous fees. I'm sure they'll have some patronizing response to this review about how they're super transparent and the most best thing ever, but that absolutely was not my experience with them no matter how much they want to talk down and tell me I'm wrong. Never mentioned how I'm feeling but they offer comments like 'we hope you feel better soon' after saying I don't appreciate their business practices. Unsolicited comments like that are an obvious attempt to demean. Waste of time, just go to a real doctor. This service is not worth the cost.

They tried to sell me beta blockers. I payed 100 bucks and they told me they’d ship them out. 2 weeks later I wrote in asking where they were. Apparently they don’t even offer these services where I live, If I hadn’t reached back out I would’ve been out 100 bucks for no reason. Pretty bad service if you ask me.

Hi Zachary - we apologize for the mixup here it was our fault. As we explained to you, we are not available in all states yet but will be in a few weeks. We had thought we were already available in your state but there was a delay that was outside our control that affected your order. Your order was refunded in full. We are happy to treat you again once your state is live.

Dreadful Company! Don’t waste your money…this is a scam! I fell for it and paid the money…no talk with a Dr….but received meds. One was a prescription which said, “don’t use if you have this condition”, which I did…great thanks! I took the second recommendation and all it did was give me dry mouth. The company promises help with sleep…such rot! Scam Company, don’t waste your money!!!

Hi Julie - We’re truly sorry to hear that you’re unhappy with your experience, and we take your concerns seriously. That said, we want to clarify a few important points and correct some misunderstandings: Definitely not a Scam - We are a fully licensed and regulated telemedicine platform. All medications are prescribed by board-certified physicians based on your medical history and symptoms, and filled by licensed U.S. pharmacies. Suggesting this is a “scam” undermines the legitimacy of the tens of thousands of patients who have safely and successfully used our service. Transparency and patient safety are at the core of what we do. Before any prescription is issued, patients complete a detailed medical intake form that specifically asks about health conditions, contraindications, and current medications. If important health information is left out—as occurred here—we cannot account for it in our prescribing decision. Our process depends on accurate disclosure by patients to ensure safety and effectiveness. Physician Review - While you may not have had a live video call, that doesn’t mean a doctor wasn’t involved. Our platform uses asynchronous telemedicine, meaning a licensed physician reviews each intake thoroughly before deciding if treatment is appropriate. This model is widely used in digital healthcare and is fully compliant with medical regulations. In fact, the vast majority of our patients prefer this model because it’s convenient, efficient, and discreet. Treatment Instructions and Expectations: You reported dry mouth after trying one of the recommended medications a single time, then discontinued it. Many medications take a few days of consistent use to gauge effectiveness, and side effects often lessen with time. Our team provided clear guidance encouraging continued use and offered alternatives if problems persisted. Unfortunately, you chose not to follow those directions, which makes it difficult to assess or adjust your treatment. We are always here to help our patients succeed with their treatment plans and offer support every step of the way. If you’re willing to re-engage with our care team and provide the necessary information, we’d be happy to reassess and work toward a better solution tailored to your needs.

The responsiveness was awful. I did the ID verification about 5 times and it never showed it as submitted, or completed! It continuously showed “your submission won’t be reviewed until your doctor receives your ID verification” despite me submitting it continuously. I waited all day with no response, which sounds ok but given that I can call my PCP and get a response within the hour, and an appointment same day, this missed the mark on being more convenient and their practices seem to be questionable at best, in my opinion.
