Game changer… I’ve always had to do presentations in front of crowds for my work, but over the years (not sure what changed, maybe hormones as I’m getting older) my stress level during those presentations was through the roof. I was fearing the stress, and it was kind of a vicious circle where it was getting worst and worst from the anticipation. I was hesitant to take “something for it” I was afraid I would feel different or druggy. First time I took Kick I thought it was a hoax, i didn’t feel anything… until I started presenting and talking, and talking and talking, only to realized that moment of out of breath or rapid heart palpitations was not coming… I swear I must have smiled in the middle of my speech. I recently took a short road trip (10 miles round trip), which might sound simple, but for me, it was a big deal. I usually experience crippling anxiety when traveling—especially in cars.
