The Beta Blocker I used was Propranolol. I used it prior to having a meeting with my new boss. It worked as advertised. It calmed me down and I was prepared for my meeting which went very well.

After decades of social anxiety and fear of public speaking I finally found relief. I knew I was nervous during my public presentation but did not exhibit any signs of nervousness during it. This actually does help quell the physical tremors, shaky voice, and lack of focus. I did not feel any side effects except for a brief spell of minor light headedness. I will continue to use this when the time requires it.
