They helped me in a lot of ways I normally got really bad flight anxiety and took one before going to the airport and felt way more calm. They also helped me feel more confident and talk instead of holding back. I will be ordering again these really helped me. No more shaking or tremors or heart racing but calmness.

Kick beta blockers work like a charm! While I've managed to present without beta blockers for many years, it was always a big challenge - my heart rate escalates very quickly often leaving me shaky, short of breathe and struggling to finish sentences.
