Hi James, We regret that the medication was not effective for your particular care needs. Response to treatment can vary from person to person, and not every medication works the same way for every patient. While we do offer multiple beta-blocker options, if a patient is generally unresponsive to this class of medication, prescribing additional beta blockers is unlikely to provide meaningful benefit. In your case, which your review does not reflect, you were able to discuss alternative treatment considerations directly with the doctor, and your visit was refunded when it became clear that we could not establish a suitable treatment plan.
