To be completely honest I was a bit skeptical of this website and the medication. I didn’t think it would be possible to get a prescription by simply taking a survey without having a one on one appointment with a doctor. To my surprise, I paid the fee and received the medication within a few days- directly to my usual pharmacy. Propranolol itself is life changing! I waited to write this review until after my second presentation to make sure the first wasn’t a placebo or something. So far, all the shakiness in my voice has disappeared completely, and I no longer hear my heart pounding right before or during the event. I did a test run when i first got it to see how my body would react, and I will say that just taking 10 mg my body felt a bit dizzy and sleepy, but tried again the next day with 20 mg and felt fine (hard to tell if it worked since I wasn’t necessarily nervous). But on presentation day, I make sure to take 20 mg an hour and a half before on a light to empty stomach (don’t drink coffee or energy drinks). I highly recommend this to anyone struggling with presentation anxiety- it is truly a miracle.
