All of these are purposely provided so patients can fully understand the treatment they will be prescribed before making any commitment. While we appreciate that you found our process efficient, the claim that it is unethical or lacks transparency does not reflect the reality of our patient experience. Additionally, patients have the option to message the Care Team before finalizing payment to seek clarification or request a higher dosage if it is medically appropriate.

We understand your frustration and want to clarify what happened. The branded, flat “matchbox” packaging you saw in our marketing is real and normally what we send. However, due to a recent surge in orders, we temporarily ran out of that packaging and had to use standard pharmacy bottles to avoid delaying shipments. We never want presentation to take away from the safety, quality, or authenticity of the medication itself, which always comes from the same licensed pharmacy partners regardless of packaging. We expect our branded packaging to be fully restocked soon and appreciate your patience as we worked to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
