Absolute scam artists, they will charge you for doctor visits and medication refills and never send the medications. Just continually pocketing your money. Then when you demand a refund for the stuff they never sent they will tell you some bs and say they can't refund you. Don't waste your time or money, complete scam!

Hi John, We are most certainly not a scam! There are several points we would like to clarify for you and for everyone reading this review. For all patients subscribed to our sleep program, we send two types of reminders: a reminder to complete a follow-up visit and a reminder of an upcoming subscription renewal several days in advance. These provide ample opportunity to cancel, request a refill, or consult with one of our physicians regarding a medication change. As all medications prescribed through our platform require a prescription, periodic follow-up with a doctor is necessary to continue treatment. We cannot continually send medication without regular medical review, as this would be medically inappropriate and potentially unsafe. More specifically in your case, you had already received medication covering approximately half of the period for which you requested a refund. No additional medication was sent because no follow-up visit or refill request was completed. While your subscription remained active, it continued to provide access to physicians and other services available through the program. We always strive to serve our patients fully and responsibly. However, successful treatment management also requires some action from patients, including completing follow-up visits and requesting refills when needed.

Beyond the product tasting extremely bitter, with only one half of a dose, I felt like I was unfocused, fuzzy, and unable to perform tasks at work while this was in my system. I threw out the rest of my bottle and will not be trying again.

Hi Clay, We are sorry to hear that you did not tolerate the medication well. The effects you described, while possible, are not typical at the dosage we prescribe. However, responses can vary from individual to individual with any course of treatment. Trustpilot is unfortunately not an appropriate platform for discussing treatment concerns. We have a dedicated Care Team available through the patient portal specifically to address treatment concerns. Raising these concerns with us at that time would have allowed us the opportunity to help address them directly.

Just made me sleepy and did not make me any less anxious.

Hi Mauricio, We regret that you did not have a good response to the medication. With any course of treatment, side effects are an inherent possibilty, and effectiveness can vary from individual to individual. We remain open to discussing potential alternatives, and you can contact our Care Team through the “Message Us” option at the following link: www.gokick.com/me

I didn’t have a good experience with this service. I paid the $50 online visit fee for a beta blocker prescription request and was told the process would take 12–24 hours. It has now been 3 days with no confirmation, no updates, and no communication from support. I understand delays can happen, but charging upfront and then going completely silent is frustrating, especially when people are using telehealth services because they need timely help. The lack of communication has been the biggest issue for me. Hopefully they improve their response times and customer support in the future.

Hi, We would first like to apologize for the delayed attention to your visit. Our Care Team is ready to assist, and if you could please contact us through the “Message Us” option at the following link: www.gokick.com/me, we can have your visit quickly reviewed. We would also like to clarify for you, and for other readers here, that we do not take payment before a visit is reviewed and finalized by the doctor.

Didn’t work like advertised even after upping dosage multiple times. Still experienced the overwhelming rush of nerves.

So I signed up based on the Instagram ads, and it was a mess. First, I went through the intake on day #1, and on day #3, I got a message from a "doctor" says the following "XYZ is only available through our mail-order pharmacy. Do you want it? It will have to be from our mail-order pharmacy. Your local pharmacy does not have it." Keep in mind, I did not know what XYZ medication is, and I did not ask for it in my intake form. It sounds like the "doctor" is pushing XYZ because he/she thinks that's the best medication for me? Anyways, I called my local pharmacy and verified XYZ is available. So I messaged back to the doctor asking for XYZ prescription to be sent there. Then after 3 days, no response. Every day, I sent a short message asking for an update, but no response. After waiting for 4 days with no response, I used the "schedule a 15min free consultation" meeting option. I joined the meeting on time, and waited in the meeting for 5 min, but no one joined. Then someone called my phone, and said she was from Kick. I asked her about the medication XYZ being available in my local pharmacy, why do I have to use their mail-order pharmacy. She said Kick requires that. While I was asking followup questions, she hang me up. It seems to me they are trying to push certain medications through their designated mail-order pharmacy. I am sure the cost would be super high because my Rx insurance does not cover Kick's mail-order pharmacy dispenses.

Kick is very unprofessional and their customer service is absurd. It’s like it’s run by kids. They ignore you and don’t seem to care at all. They didn’t explain my options when it didn’t work or if I wanted something different they gave vague responses like I’m annoying them. Like I said, kids, who will ignore you for weeks. I opened up to kick just to be mistreated with no guidance or responses. From the doctor to, who I never hard from after spending hundreds on them. Thanks so much
