They prescribed me medication, and have actually completely ghosted me. Legit. I messaged both my doctor and customer service multiple times over the last few weeks and I haven’t heard a single thing back from them. This company is a scam UPDATE: since writing this review they have disabled my account and blocked me from my prescription. They have also challenged this review but it remains up because I submitted proof. At no point have they reached out to me to hear my story or remedy the problem. This company/service is a joke.

The product worked well but very disappointed in the lack of customer service and response from Kick. I ordered the product with upgraded next-day shipping and didn't receive it until almost a week later. When reaching out to Kick about this there was no response at all. No tracking number given. No status update. Ghosted. Bottom line, go see your family doctor or use another service for these meds until this startup gets their customer experience standards in place.

Be careful. Scummy people running this company. They sent an email out saying 20% off all refills. When I went to redeem they charged me the full amount and refused to even acknowledge their email. They ignored screenshots and the forwarded email. Didn’t respond for weeks at a time. Refused to honor email. Sad.

Never received my order! When I reached out about it they said there’s nothing they can do about it. No refund was issues or replacement order. They did not provide a solution. I’ve ordered before to the same address with no issues. Tried reaching out via email, phone and chat. Only the chat works and they only reply when they feel like it! Kickhealth let me know what is the best way to reach out since you have decided to stop replying through the chat to address this. Such a terrible experience, I will not be coming back.

***EDIT - I was charged for 2 months, but only received enough medication for 10-20 days, depending whether I took 1 pill or 2 per night. I did not use any follow-up visits with a provider. I filled out a questionnaire at the beginning of the service, and received the initial 20 pills, but that was it.*** I was disappointed to be charged for a month when I received zero medication or medical care. They have not even bothered to respond to my request for refund, and it’s been almost two weeks. I may change my review if they ever reply, but as of now I have to highly recommend that everyone avoid this company for sleep issues.

Ordered meds. They never arrived? I reached out and said as much. They said they were checking with the USPS. That was almost TEN DAYS AGO. No new message. No offer to re-send or refund. Nothing. Ghosted. UPDATE: Well, I was really hoping I could update in the positive. “Oh, someone finally got back to me and made it right.” NOPE. They said, “We’re refunding you. Seek care elsewhere.” WOW. What kind of medical establishment does that? Really unbelievable. Kind of floored that that was their answer. Avoid at all costs. SECOND UPDATE: WOW. I was just asked by someone (I believe at Kick) to give a reference number. I tried logging in and actually COMPLETELY DELETED MY ACCOUNT. Seriously. What a terrible company and terrible experience. I will share this wherever I can. NO ONE ELSE should be treated this way. In Response to GoKick: Did you READ this? It ACTUALLY DOES say I was refunded. But it also says that you ghosted me which you did. And with regards to the false claim of "investigating" that's BS and you know it. I was told to seek help elsewhere after mentioning the USPS issue and, when I complained that you waited TEN days to get back to me about anything, my account was erased. So we can now add being liars to your list of qualities. You even tried to convince Trustpilot I was lying. But I had the receipts and the review is still here. So that says everything I need to say. Says a lot about your company that you would try to lie and shift blame rather than take responsibility. Your company motto is "Built with Empathy". NOTHING about your response makes you seem empathetic in any way.

The medication works great. I love that the team at Kick Health reached out to see how things were going initially. It made the experience very personable. After that they completed ghosted. I was so excited about this company but now I'm extremely disappointed. I have emailed multiple times with no response. Absolutely zero issue resolution within their customer service.

I’ve sent feedback before and tried to contact a doctor with questions and never received any response at all. There’s seemingly no way to actually communicate with a doctor.
